This is the best gripper I have ever used. I love being able to use the same gripper for high reps for endurance and then with a couple of second adjustment I'm able to go to max squeeze for improving power. This thing is really well built and engineered. I don't use the grip tape on mine but my son really likes it on his. I've been a power lifter for a long time but having fine bones, ligaments, and tendons, I never had that crushing grip. This gripper really has helped my deadlift and I seldom have to readjust my grip doing heavy reps these days. I love that this is quiet, smooth, and very accurate at each setting. I love showing off for the wife as she hasn't been able to give me a jar I couldn't open since I started using the GD Gripper.
