I was always interested in improving my grip, probably because I have naturally large forearms. I worked out with a buddy for years often concentrating on grip strengthening. We did some of these exercises but had we known what's in this book, we would have performed much better. It's hard to add anything to this impressively comprehensive work but I will offer this suggestion: Before our regular workouts we would begin by grabbing a bathroom scale with both hands and squeezing as hard as possible. This showed who was better and exactly measured our progress. This was simple, inexpensive and fun.
