Put these running boards on my Ford F-250 crew cab today (alone!). The installation was rather intuitive which was good because the instructions were of marginal help (Very, and I mean VERY small font). The running boards are very stable and secure. I had called Westin prior to ordering these and their customer service rep recommended the #27-1215 mounting kit and not the one paired up with these on Amazon. Just be careful you are getting the right mounting kit for your vehicle before ordering. The running boards themselves are generic but the mounting kits are specific. I am very please with the quality, ease of installation and look.
