There’s a fine mesh to take care of the sieving/sifting/straining bit, a looped handle opposite the grippy one which is ideal for resting on the rim of a mixing bowl or holding it steady, and it’s made from robust stainless steel so it can go in the dishwasher for easy cleaning. 20cm Dia. This sieve arrived in good time and was exactly as the seller had described (I found it helpful to check the dimensions in the product description). It has a soft grip handle which helps you control shaking it and the metal appears to be strong. There is a slight 'give' in the mesh, which you'd expect, but that also looks like it'll last. I think it's good value for money and it's pretty easy to clean. I'm happy with my purchase.
